These services include providing clients with compliance assistance to federal, state, agency-specific regulations and local requirements. Our staff has considerable experience with regulations such as the Archaeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA), the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). We are able to identify cultural resources, evaluate their significance, and provide appropriate mitigation recommendations in compliance with statutory guidelines during the project-planning phase and then develop executable procedures in order to protect the resource or mitigate any adverse effects on the cultural resources through project completion.
